At Superior Stone Tools, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review our policy below.
Return Process
All returns must be shipped back at your own expense.
Please contact us at Jaraujo@superiorstonetools.com for return approval. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back without prior approval may be rejected.
A restocking fee of 15% to 25% may apply to some returns. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Credit
To be eligible for a credit, the item must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. Used items are not eligible for credit.
If you are shipping the product back, it must be packaged in a protective box (no envelopes) to prevent damage, ensuring it can be resold as new. Please include the original invoice in the package.
If the product arrives damaged, appropriate fees may apply. It is recommended that you take pictures of the item and how it is packaged, both inside and outside of the box, before sending it.
If the product is damaged in transit, you may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
